Men's Emergency Services - Night Link Program - Early Intervention Worker
Part-Time - Contract Length: December 1, 2025- March 31, 2026
Following Housing First principles, and as part of Mission Services’ Night Link team, the Early Intervention Worker will provide homelessness prevention, diversion and late stage homelessness support. The Early Intervention Worker will work as a part of the Night Link team and will engage regularly with service users to provide the necessary support to achieve program and participant goals. The Early Intervention Worker will work with individuals of all genders over the age of 18

Addiction Services - Harm Reduction Worker
Full-Time - Permanent
Mission Services is seeking a Harm Reduction Worker who will provide support and assistance to individuals accessing Mission Services programs. The Harm Reduction Worker will increase knowledge and awareness of harm reduction practices, reduce immediate risk of harm to individuals, and increase access to community services. The Harm Reduction Worker will be mobile, and will work flexible hours that may include weekends and evenings. The Harm Reduction workers will form a team of experts that will respond to a variety of situations, across Mission Services programs, providing expert support to frontline staff who are challenged by individuals who are considered high-risk due to their substance use.

Addictions Services - ASH Program Worker
Full-Time - Contract, 13 Months
Intensive Addiction Supportive Housing Worker provides comprehensive community treatment and housing support to clients participating in the agency’s (ASH) program. Some duties may include but not limited to: initial and on-going assessments, initial treatment planning and ongoing adjustments as required, community treatment, crisis support and management, referral and integration of required services, life skill enhancement, eviction prevention, advocacy, personal care coaching, self-efficacy promotion, transition planning and collaboration with other services.

Women's Services - Inasmuch House - Child and youth Client Advocate
Part-Time - Permanent
The Child and Youth Client Advocate will work from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, trauma informed, and intersectional feminist framework and uses a client-centered approach to support children and youth who are experiencing abuse and/or homelessness. The Child and Youth Client Advocate will provide service from a trauma-informed, ARAO lens, and a client-centered approach while respecting each woman’s self-determination and personal decision making.
