Strategic Plan 2022-2025

In 2018, the board of directors and leadership team developed a three-year strategic plan through extensive internal and external consultations. This three-year plan was fulsome and robust and was a guidepost for our work in the community.

The pandemic occurred around the middle of our 2018-2021 Strategic Plan term and thereby shifted our organizational focus from strategy and vision to program survival and client and staff care.

We believe the priorities listed in that Strategic Plan are still relevant and meaningful and those same priorities will provide a solid focus for Mission Services for the next three years. It is for this reason that we will continue the richness of our previous plan and through updates, revisions and minor adjustments, we have created a new 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.
