Community Services, Willow’s Place - Full-time Client Advocate (Permanent)

The Client Advocate will ensure the overall safety of the women’s space; ensure that basic expectations of behaviour are met and health and safety issues are addressed. They will demonstrate ability to provide person-centered, trauma and Anti-Racism/Anti-Oppression informed services and supports to women with diverse experiences and identities; engage through structured activities, meal time and 1:1 opportunities. Men’s Services - Full-Time Intensive Case Manager (Housing Up) (1 Position, 12 month Full-time Contract)

Following Housing First principles and as part of Mission Services’ Housing UP team, the Housing UP Intensive Case Manager will provide ongoing support to individuals to secure permanent accommodations, as well, to maintain their housing. Intensive case managers will work as a part of the Housing UP team and will engage regularly with their clients in the community to provide the necessary support to achieve program and participant goals.

Men’s Services, Men’s Emergency Shelter - Full-time Early Intervention Worker (1 Position - 11-month Contract)

Following Housing First principles and as part of Mission Services’ Emergency Shelter Services team, the Early Intervention Case Manager will provide homelessness prevention, diversion and early homelessness intervention support to individuals working to secure permanent accommodations. The Early Intervention Case Manager will work as a part of the Men’s Emergency Shelter Services team and will engage regularly with their clients to provide the necessary support to achieve program and participant goals.
