Mission Services receives the Not for Profit Award at the Outstanding Business Achievement Awards

On Wednesday April 10, the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce held their gala event - the Outstanding Business Achievement Awards - and Mission Services received the Not for Profit Award. 

Carol Cowan-Morneau, Mission Services' Executive Director, remarked in her acceptance speech:

"We have been providing care to this community for over 68 years, working hard for the individuals that access our services - and what we want for them are really fundamental human rights - to be housed, to be safe, to have enough food, to feel connection – to feel supported. The employees of Mission Services make us a great organization, offering practical, compassionate and dedicated care and hope to those whom we serve.

What I know for certain is that no matter how many times we change, or we grow or rebrand, there are three constants that we lead with – We Act Justly. We Show Compassion. And We Inspire Hope."
