Community Services

Our Community Services programs provide essential resources, outreach, and advocacy to women and individuals facing homelessness. Through low-barrier drop-in spaces, system navigation, and youth programs, we create pathways to stability and empowerment.

Willow’s Place

A low-barrier drop-in for women, trans, and non-binary individuals experiencing homelessness. Offers meals, laundry, showers, harm reduction, and connection to community supports.

Emma’s Place

A 30-bed emergency shelter offering short-term stays and system navigation support to help clients secure stable housing.

Youth Programs (196 & 196+)

Supporting youth through food security, wellness education, and academic mentoring, with a focus on empowering young people to see post-secondary and trades-based education as an option.

Mission Services received $67,200 from the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) to replace essential aging elevator components to ensure continued service provision and accessibility of all program spaces. The OTF grant for elevator refurbishment ensures that our facilities remain accessible for all.

We gratefully acknowledge the support of Willow’s Place, the Good Food Centre and the Youth After School Meal Program through the City of Hamilton’s City Enrichment Fund (CEF).
