Suntrac Group Options

Aftercare:

As of September 7, 2020, Suntrac will be providing Aftercare groups, in a virtual format, on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Groups will be offered via the Microsoft Teams platform (videoconferencing).

If you were participating in the Aftercare program before groups were suspended due to COVID-19, and are interested in participating in the virtual groups, please email Greg Croft (gcroft@mission-services.com). You will be provided with group guidelines and instructions to download the Microsoft Teams program/application.

If you were not participating in the Aftercare program before groups were suspended due to Covid 19, and have recently completed an Addiction Treatment Program, please call 905-528-0389 for an Intake appointment.

Partners in Recovery:

As of September 7, 2020, Suntrac will be providing Partners in Recovery groups, in a virtual format, on Tuesday (Partners 101) and Thursday (Discussion) evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Groups will be offered via the Microsoft Teams platform (videoconferencing)

If you are interested in participating in Partners in Recovery groups, please email Greg Croft (gcroft@mission-services.com). You will be provided with group guidelines and instructions to download the Microsoft Teams program/application.

Taking Steps:

As of June 4, 2021, Suntrac will be providing Taking Steps for Men groups, in a virtual format, on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, and on Friday mornings from 9:00am to 10:00am. Groups will be offered via the Microsoft Teams platform (videoconferencing).

Suntrac will also be providing Taking Steps for Women groups, in a virtual format, on Friday mornings from 9:00am to 10:00am. Groups will be offered via the Microsoft Teams platform (videoconferencing).

If you are interested in participating in Taking Steps groups, please call 905-528-0389 and leave a message requesting an Intake for Taking Steps.

Breaking Free Online:

Breaking Free Online is an evidence based digital treatment and recovery program that allows you to recognize the lifestyle choices involved in your substance use. Breaking free online delivers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrates approaches such as mindfulness, relapse prevention, and harm reduction. The program is designed to meet you at any stage in your recovery and you can review any of the training material at anytime. Please contact Mission Services at 905-528-0389 and leave a message requesting more information and our intake staff will be sure to return your call.
