Director, Women’s Services

We are seeking a Director of Women’s Services to lead the team at our 37-bed Violence Against Women (VAW) shelter. This leader must be passionately committed to the work of supporting women and children to find safety from violence and to heal from the trauma of abuse.  The Director will be committed to the vision of the organization and will be a tireless advocate for the issues of violence against women.  She will empower staff in an ARAO workplace to innovate new programs to meet the changing needs of the women we serve, develop purposeful and effective programming and ensure compliance with all MCSS Standards, and be a collaborative and visionary member of the Mission Services Senior Leadership Team.

Women’s Services – Full-time Residential Client Advocate (6 Month Contract)

Do you have a solid knowledge of issues related to woman and child abuse and managing client cases? We’re looking for one full-time Residential Client Advocates to work nights at our Violence Against Women (VAW) shelter, Inasmuch House, on a six month contract with the possibility of an extension. This person will participate in delivering services directly to clients, including assessments, referrals and telephone crisis intervention. The successful candidate will also help to ensure the overall working and safety of the shelter, such as maintaining client files, logs, and statistics.

Addiction Services- Program and Administrative Support Worker (6 Month Contract)

We are looking for full-time administrative professional to join our team! Your role will be to provide administrative support to the addiction services team and to ensure efficient daily operation of the program. Tasks include, but are not limited to, greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquires, maintaining office supplies and equipment, tracking monthly statistics and overseeing projects as they arise.
