Women’s Services – LEAF Facilitator (30 hours per week)

We are looking for a team member with an understanding of woman and child abuse, childhood trauma and child development to plan and lead therapeutic programs for children who have witnessed family violence. Provide follow-up case management, track statistics and provide client advocacy and referrals to community resources. Provide assistance to Child and Youth Team as required.

Community Services – Manager, Outreach Programs (Contract to January 4, 2019)

Mission Services is looking for a Manager of Outreach Programs to manage the efficient operation of all outreach programs including leading staff, volunteers, students and resources as it pertains to the delivery of service to our clients. Current outreach programs include the Good Food Centre, Christmas Care program, Willow’s Place, The 196 Afterschool program, Community Kitchen Meal Program and Food Fit. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to deal professionally and diplomatically with a diverse client base, service provides, colleagues and donors.
